Colombia is a Latin country and that means we are not very careful about schedules and logistics. That includes road signals and many other things that maybe you think you can handle but it only
means you are going to lose time on your visit trying to fix things that you understood one way and they were different once you have them in front. Also the language. Even for us it is
diffcult to understand people from the coast, the south or far corners of the country. That should be the same in your country, but at least, there you are all speaking the same language. Here
you speak a foreign language and we speak "colombian", not spanish.
